ELECTRIC STEAM BOILERS

Our electric steam boilers type TR-V/S are modern and automatic units designed for the production of saturated or dry steam.
They are used in small, medium and large industrial plants where it is not possible the use of boilers equipped with a burner.
They are made in horizontal version, single-block and with painted steel supporting base.
These electric steam boilers can be installed in any work environment without the need of a specific boiler room or the presence of a licensed operator (check anyway the regulations in force at the place of installation).
The main vessel is made of high quality carbon steel or stainless steel, assembled by qualified personnel according to ISO 9606-1 or ASME regulations.
All the pressure parts of the boiler are designed using the most common and recognized calculation codes (EN 13445, VSR, ASME VIII Div. 1 and so on.).
The external insulation is made by thick and high density mineral wool contained in a painted metal cover, which ensures minimum heat loss and high thermal efficiency of the boiler.
The heating elements are provided with a protection cover with safety micro switch which cuts the power supply to the resistances in case of opening of the protection when the boiler is turned on.
Standard equipment includes the electrical control panel according to IEC standards, regulation, control and safety accessories, feeding water pump, heating elements with low surface load, interception valves and opening for internal inspection.
The regulation of the pressure is performed by means of an electronic step controller and a pressure transmitter.
On request can be manufactured steam boilers with management through PLC and color touch screen, automatic sludge discharge, salinity management group and 24 hours continuous operation without supervision.
For steam boilers with medium or small power is also provided the water storage tank made by stainless steel and complete with all the accessories.
To install the boiler simply connect the control panel to the power line, connect the water line to the water storage tank (where provided), the outlet steam valve to the use and the safety valve vent in a safe area.
Also it is possible to provide the boiler coupled with an electric superheater, in order to obtain high steam temperatures at low pressures.
During the production each boiler is subjected to non-destructive controls required by the current regulations (such as radiographs and penetrating test).
The hydraulic pressure test and the warm operation control are carried out with the presence of a Notified Body.
PED certification is provided for the system complete with all the accessories (ready to be installed and used).
The massive structure and the quality accessories ensure a long service life, and the maintenance is limited and easy to perform.

Construction in accordance with the European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and protection IP 54 or IP 55.
On request are also evaluated other construction standards and certifications of the boilers.
