ELECTRIC HOT WATER BOILERS
Our electric boilers type TR-AC for the production of hot water guarantee high thermal efficiency, are easy to use and do not require special maintenance operations.
They are mainly used for the heating of industrial systems with closed circuit, are single block type with supporting legs and with painted steel base (for the most powerful versions).
They can be installed in any work environment without the need of a specific boiler room or the presence of a licensed operator (check anyway the regulations in force at the place of installation).
The main vessel is made by quality carbon steel or stainless steel and assembled from personnel qualified ISO 9606-1 or ASME.
The external insulation is made by thick and high density mineral wool contained in a galvanized metal cover, which ensures minimum heat loss and high thermal efficiency of the boiler.
Standard equipment includes the electrical control panel according to IEC standards, regulation, control and safety accessories, heating elements with low surface load and interception ball valves.
On request the boilers can be equipped with expansion vessel, water pump and automatic filling unit.
To install the boiler simply connect the control panel to the power line and the inlet/outlet valves to the system.
The water temperature regulation is performed by means of immersion thermostats, or electronic step controller with a thermocouple (depending on the expected potentiality).
All devices are subjected to production controls, hydraulic pressure test and to operation check before the delivery.
Electric boilers are manufactured so as to ensure a long life and easy management.
On request it is possible to produce boilers with PLC control system and color touch screen or other characteristics in accordance to the user needs.
Construction in accordance with Article 4 Paragraph 3 of the European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), R collection – D.M. 01 December 1975 and IP 54 or IP 55 protection.
On request we are also evaluated other construction standards and equipment certification.
