INVESTMENT CASTING BOILER-CLAVES
Our Boiler-Claves type TR- ACV are equipment specifically designed for investment casting (lost wax process).
They can be installed in any work environment without the need of a specific boiler room or the presence of a licensed operator (check anyway the regulations in force at the place of installation).
The special structure, with horizontal autoclave incorporated into the electric steam boiler, allows the use of a single device with small size and high thermal efficiency (the autoclave chamber is always hot and pressurized in 3/4 seconds avoiding the possible damage of the ceramic shells) .
The Boiler-Claves are built with advanced manufacturing technology, they are easy to use and have particularly resistant structures which guarantee a long duration in time.
They are usually made of high quality carbon steel, but on request can also be supplied in stainless steel.
All the pressure parts are assembled and welded by personnel qualified ISO 9606-1 or ASME, and sized using the most common and recognized calculation codes (EN 13445, VSR, ASME VIII Div. 1 and so on).
The locking system of the door is fast and with single maneuver, with interlocking rings peripheral teeth and possibility to assemble cylinders with hydraulic unit for automatic handling.
The teeth of the locking rings are provided with removable bronze plates to avoid problems of friction between the materials during the closing and opening operations.
All the Boiler-Claves are equipped with safety systems against accidental opening of the door and any mistake of operator action.
The standard equipment includes the electric control panel in accordance with IEC standards with indication of the operation steps, process valves, regulation, control and safety accessories, heating elements with low surface load, water feeding pump, steam diffuser system inside the autoclave, opening for internal inspection of the boiler, external trolleys and internal loaders for the handling of the ceramic shells.
The pressure of the boiler is managed by an electronic step controller with a pressure transmitter.
The management system may also provide the PLC with color touch screen, the pressurized discharge of the liquid wax, the timed drain of the steam and the recording of all the process times (closing, steam inlet, work cycle, drain of the steam, discharge of the wax and opening).
By the PLC it is possible to download on computer all the data records of the working cycle.
On request it can be also provided the water storage tank made of stainless steel and complete with all the accessories.
To install the Boiler-Claves just connect the control panel to the power line, direct the steam exhausts to a safe area, connect the pump to the water supply line and direct the possible pressurized discharge of wax to the collection tanks.
The external insulation of the vessel is made by thick and high density mineral wool contained in a galvanized metal sheet or stainless steel, and painted steel bottom on the door.
On the rear bottom there are the heating elements protected with a carbon steel cover equipped with safety micro switch which cuts the power supply to the resistances in case of opening of the protection when the appliance is turned on.
During the production all the devices are subjected to non-destructive controls required by the current regulations (such as radiographs and penetrating test).
The hydraulic pressure test and the warm operation control are carried out with the presence of a Notified Body.
PED certification is provided for the complete system with all the accessories (ready to be installed and used).
According to the customer it is possible to meet any specific request.
Boiler-Claves are also made with special size, power, pressure, and customized specifications.
Construction in accordance with the European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and protection IP 54 or IP 55.
On request are also evaluated other construction standards and certifications of the equipments.
